Doodles!

So I looked at my stuff and thought 'Damn! I suck! I wonder how I can fix this?' and have been on a blog binge for a number of days.
I need to explore shapes. And design. Among other things.

The golf things are from a long-drive competition on TSN, and the entirity of a golf swing is seaweed. Which is AWESOME.

And finally...

I textured and lighted this:



NOT modelled by me, but textured, yes.
Still have to figure out the shadows and dropoff for lights. :\
But I like the pear.

I never truly appreciated Life Drawing until I went into 3rd year, and it was the only kind of drawing on paper we did.

On the other end of the spectrum, have some process and finished pics of some blue chicks.


Working, Finished, wonky face. Tried that block shading thing.

Process was basically light blue colerase, dark blue colerase, china blue pro marker.
